We were be one of many companies showcasing our customer engagement capabilities and industry leading technology on ICSC’s Tech Runway. Our CEO, Ben Chesser, hosted a 15-minute workshop on why businesses should maximise the use of proximity marketing in their destination, and how to use real time customer location data to influence shopper behaviour before, during and after they visit to increase footfall and sales.

During the Tech Runway, we showcased IQ Connect, the retail industry’s first and only real time location aware loyalty solution. IQ Connect is designed specifically to drive footfall and sales by empowering users to understand and influence shoppers before, during and after they visit.
