Who?

La Compagnie de Phalsbourg own and operate 6 shopping malls in France and have engaged Coniq since 2017 to run their loyalty Program.In November 2019, they launched their existing loyalty Program in the new Centre - Buchelay.

Challenge

They wanted to: - Launch a successful loyalty and CRM program that can be replicated to all new centres

- Create a good level of engagement with the brands and the Program

- Create a healthy ATV (especially in comparison to non-members)

Solution

- Coniq created a system with 2 tiers: Exclusive Shopper and VIP - €1 spend = 1 point earned to be soon redeemed against gifts such as: Mugs, Tablets or key rings
